The Visara service fee, on our terms
The rate and the country count come from our own case records and are unaudited. Only the Visara service fee is refunded: government, partner and third party fees are paid to others, and we attach proof of them. Refund terms.

Indonesia issues visas by activity, not by length of stay. Pick the closest group and we confirm the code.

- For Indonesian passport holders
- Destinations listed by region
- One page per entry kind
Four steps, each one in writing.
- 01
Initial assessment
Send your nationality, plan and dates. We name the visa that fits. The first assessment is free.
- 02
Scope and price in writing
Before you pay: the document list, your price, a timing estimate and what we will not do.
- 03
Document check
We check each document against the current rules. You fix anything flagged before we lodge.
- 04
Lodging and follow up
We lodge, track and pass on any request from immigration. Extensions go through the same contact.
What you can check before you pay.
Six things that hold for every case we take.
Our fee back on a refusal
If an application we filed is refused, the Visara service fee comes back to you.
Written scope first
What is and is not included, in writing, before you pay anything.
One price per term
One figure per term, government fee included. Your invoice shows the same figure.
One named contact
One person handles your file from assessment to decision, and you message them directly.
Estimates with assumptions
Every timing estimate states what it assumes. If an assumption fails, you get a new date.
Both sides of a work case
On work and investor visas we deal with the employee and the sponsoring company’s HR.
What we do, and what we do not.
Both lists go into your written scope, word for word.
What we do
- Name the visa that matches your activity
- Check your documents against the current rules
- Prepare and lodge the application
- Track it and tell you when its status changes
- Handle extensions and renewals for visas we lodge
- Work in English, Bahasa Indonesia or Chinese
- Refund our service fee if an application we filed is refused
What we do not do
- Guarantee an outcome. Immigration decides
- Give legal advice. If you need a lawyer, we say so
- Act as a government agency. You can apply directly through official channels
- Issue documents we are not authorised to issue
- Advise on tax residency or company accounting
Questions before the first call.
- Which visa do I actually need for Indonesia?
- The one that matches your activity: tourism, meetings, work, family and investment each have their own. Tell us your plan and we name the code.
- What is the difference between visa on arrival and e-VoA?
- Where you get it: a visa on arrival at the airport, an e-VoA online before you fly. Both are for eligible nationalities only.
- How long can I stay, and can I extend?
- A visa on arrival gives 30 days, extendable once; most C visas give 60; a stay permit runs 180 days to several years. Extensions are done inside Indonesia.
- How much does it cost?
- The price on the visa’s page for your term, government fee included. Third party costs, such as a sworn translation, are named in your quote first.
- How long does the process take?
- Our work and immigration’s processing are timed separately. You get a range for each, with its assumptions.
- Is KITAS the same as a visa?
- No. A visa lets you enter; a KITAS is the stay permit issued after it, and a work case also needs a Ministry of Manpower filing.
- Can I apply myself instead?
- Yes, official channels accept direct applications. We confirm the visa, check documents and track the file, and we say so if you do not need us.
- Do you guarantee approval?
- No, immigration decides. We turn down cases in the wrong category before filing, and refund our fee if one we filed is refused.
- How does the fee refund work?
- If we filed it, immigration refused it and you send us the notice within 30 days, we refund the Visara service fee in full. A withdrawn case is not a refusal: full conditions.
