One price per visa, and what is inside it
The price on a visa page is what you pay. It already includes the government visa fee and our service fee, and your invoice shows the two on separate lines.
Every visa on this site has one price for each term: 60 days, 180 days, one year, or single or multiple entry. That figure is what you pay us. There is no second number that appears at checkout.
What the price includes
Two things, both inside the one figure.
- The government visa fee. Set by the Indonesian authorities, or by the destination's mission for a visa abroad, and paid to them. It is the same whoever lodges the application.
- Our service fee. The assessment, checking your documents against the current requirement, preparing and lodging the application, and following it through to a decision.
Your invoice lists the two on separate lines, so you can see how much went to the state and how much to us.
What it does not include
Costs paid to somebody who is neither us nor the government: a sworn translation, a legalisation, a courier. Most applications need none of them. When yours does, we name the item and its cost in your quote before anyone incurs it.
When a government fee changes
The government fee is set outside Visara and can move. The price on the page is the price on the day you read it. If the fee changes between your quote and the day we lodge, we send you the revised figure before we go ahead, and you decide whether to continue.
Why one number
Because it is the number you are going to pay. A reader comparing visas wants to know the cost of each, and a total they can hold us to answers that. The breakdown still exists, on the invoice, where it is useful for your records and your accounts.
The price on the page is the price you pay. The invoice shows what it is made of.
