Visas from Indonesia, by destination

Pick a destination to see its visa types, the price of each option and the usual processing time. If yours is not listed, message us with the country anyway.

Asia 8

Europe 26

Americas and Oceania 8

Middle East and Africa 6

Prices include the government fee and assume a straightforward application. We confirm the price for your case in writing before you pay.

We only take destinations we know.

Each mission has its own document list, appointment system and reading of the same paperwork. We list the destinations where we file regularly. For anything else, the first reply tells you whether we can take the case.

Leaving Indonesia

Who this is for

An outbound application is judged on whether the documents describe one consistent trip: the same dates, the same purpose and money to pay for it.

First time applicants

You have not applied for a visa before and want every document checked before it goes to the mission.

Business travellers

Meetings, a conference or training abroad, usually with a letter from your employer and an invitation from the host.

Family visits

Visiting relatives abroad. The invitation letter and your host’s status documents carry most of the file.

Previously refused

A past refusal changes how the next file is prepared. Tell us about it, with the refusal letter if you have it.

Scope

What we do, and what we do not.

The same scope applies to outbound cases, with one addition.

What we do

  • Name the visa that matches your activity
  • Check your documents against the current requirement
  • Prepare and lodge the application
  • Track it and tell you when its status changes
  • Handle extensions and renewals for the visas we lodge
  • Work in English, Bahasa Indonesia or Chinese
  • Refund our service fee if an application we filed is refused

What we do not do

  • Guarantee an outcome. Immigration decides
  • Give legal advice. If your case needs a lawyer, we tell you
  • Act as a government agency. You can apply directly through official channels
  • Issue documents we are not authorised to issue
  • Advise on tax residency or company accounting
  • Take a destination we do not cover. You get that answer in the first reply
How it works

Four steps, each one in writing.

  1. 01

    Initial assessment

Send your nationality, what you will do in Indonesia and your dates. We reply with the visa that fits. If the case is outside what we handle, the reply says so. The first assessment is free.

  2. 02

    Scope and price in writing

Before you pay, you get the document list, the price for your term, a timing estimate with its assumptions, and what we will not do.

  3. 03

    Document check

We check each document against the current requirement for your visa. You get a list of anything to fix, and you fix it before we lodge.

  4. 04

    Lodging and follow up

We lodge the application and track it. If immigration asks for more, we send you the request and what to do about it. Extensions and renewals go through the same contact.

Timing

The destination sets its own processing time, and it changes with the season. Start earlier than you think you need to.

Coverage answer Same or next working day
Document preparation Depends on how fast documents reach us
Appointment availability Often the longest wait, more than processing
Mission processing Set by the destination, confirmed with your quote

Appointments and processing both take longer in peak travel periods. If your dates are fixed, tell us at the start.

FAQ

Outbound questions

Which countries do you handle?
The destinations listed on this page, grouped by region. For a country that is not listed, message us and we answer yes or no in the first reply.
Can you guarantee my visa will be approved?
No. The destination’s mission decides. We make sure your application is complete, consistent and filed for the right visa.
I was refused before. Does that matter?
Yes. Most application forms ask about past refusals, and leaving one out can itself lead to a refusal. Tell us about it and send the refusal letter if you have it.
Do you book flights and hotels for the application?
We tell you what the mission expects to see and whether a booking has to be confirmed or can be provisional. Any booking cost is a third party cost, named in your quote.
How far ahead should I start?
As soon as your dates are firm. In peak season, appointment slots usually run out before processing time becomes the problem.

Tell us what you are coming here to do.

Send your nationality, your plan and rough dates. We reply with the visa, its price and the documents it needs. The first assessment is free.
