Initial assessment
Send your nationality, what you will do in Indonesia and your dates. We reply with the visa that fits. If the case is outside what we handle, the reply says so. The first assessment is free.

Scope and price in writing
Before you pay, you get the document list, the price for your term, a timing estimate with its assumptions, and what we will not do.

Document check
We check each document against the current requirement for your visa. You get a list of anything to fix, and you fix it before we lodge.

Lodging and follow up
We lodge the application and track it. If immigration asks for more, we send you the request and what to do about it. Extensions and renewals go through the same contact.

Business visit questions
- Can I work on a business visa?
- No. A business visit visa covers meetings, negotiations and inspections. It does not permit employment or payment from a party in Indonesia. If your plan includes either, you need a work visa.
- Can I sell products or sign contracts while I am here?
- Negotiating and signing contracts is covered by a business visit visa. Selling goods or services inside Indonesia is treated differently. Describe what you will do and we tell you which side of the line it falls on.
- Do I need an Indonesian company to invite me?
- Many business visas need a sponsor or an invitation from an Indonesian company. Whether yours does depends on the visa, and we confirm it in the assessment.
- Single or multiple entry?
- If you expect several trips in a year, multiple entry usually costs less. It takes longer to set up, so decide before the first trip.
- My company is sending a team. Can you handle several people?
- Yes. We work directly with your HR or admin contact, in English or Bahasa Indonesia, and keep the team’s files together.
