Most of our tourist cases are in Bali.
Most visitor questions we get are about Bali, and so are most extension problems, because the extension is done inside Indonesia with its own processing time. We handle the visa and the extension in Bali and everywhere else in the country.

Four steps, each one in writing.

Initial assessment
Send your nationality, what you will do in Indonesia and your dates. We reply with the visa that fits. If the case is outside what we handle, the reply says so. The first assessment is free.

Scope and price in writing
Before you pay, you get the document list, the price for your term, a timing estimate with its assumptions, and what we will not do.
- 03
Document check
We check each document against the current requirement for your visa. You get a list of anything to fix, and you fix it before we lodge.
- 04
Lodging and follow up
We lodge the application and track it. If immigration asks for more, we send you the request and what to do about it. Extensions and renewals go through the same contact.

We check each document against the current requirement before we lodge, and flag the ones that often cause delays.
Timing
Two clocks. Ours runs to a fixed schedule. Immigration’s does not, so we quote it as a range and write down what the range assumes.
Estimates assume complete documents and no request for more information. If either changes, we send you a revised date.
Tourist and visit questions
- Visa on arrival or e-VoA, which should I use?
- Where you get it is the only difference. The visa on arrival is issued at the airport when you land; the e-VoA is bought online before you fly. Whether your passport qualifies for either is checked in the assessment.
- How long can I stay on a visit visa?
- A visa on arrival gives 30 days, extendable once. C1 gives 60 days and is extendable. What your nationality qualifies for is confirmed before you travel.
- Can I extend once I am already in Bali?
- Yes, for most visit visas, and it is done inside Indonesia. The extension has its own processing time, so contact us well before your last day.
- Can I work remotely for my employer abroad while I am here?
- A visit visa is not a work visa, and the answer for remote work depends on your arrangement: who pays you, from where, and what you do while here. Describe it and we name the visa, which may be a work visa.
